Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements:
5+ years in pre-sales, business development, or similar roles in tech.
Technical expertise in at least one of Visor.ai’s core areas: AI, data science, software engineering.
Strong knowledge of cloud contact centers and automation software.
Experience with API integrations, web services, and AWS Cloud.
Other Requirements:
Native in Portuguese and fluent in English & Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Define & optimize the pre-sales process for efficiency and accuracy.
Understand client needs, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor products to customer requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support in demonstrations of new products.
Assist in proposal preparation, aligning solutions with client needs.
