Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in cyber security roles

• CCNA certificate

• Hands-on experience with Check Point / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Cisco firewalls is essential.

• Experience in incident response, security analysis, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for onboarding and maintaining of the account

• Act as the first line of support for the customers

• Assist with customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to issues related to cyber security products and services

• Become the customer advocate at Veriti, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams

• Create and maintain troubleshooting documents Create and maintain playbooks

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; military experience welcomed.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly in cybersecurity, and the ability to communicate them effectively to various stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and email campaigns.

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce) and MS Excel for tracking and analyzing sales metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification: Efficiently direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the appropriate sales teams, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.

• Product Demos: Conduct engaging and informative product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Veriti’s solutions.

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and execute field marketing initiatives.

• CRM Management: Document all activities and interactions in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and pipeline management.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.

• Strong expertise in frontend development.

• Solid experience in backend development.

• Deep understanding of testing and monitoring software in production environments.
