Full-Stack Developer

  • Comfortable working in Mac/Linux environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Previous exposure to or theoretical knowledge in AI, data management, machine learning, labeling, and computer vision is highly advantageous

  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client usage and engagement, taking proactive measures to enhance adoption and satisfaction. Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure clients effectively utilize our offerings. Collaborate closely with the product team to relay client feedback and identify areas for product/service enhancement. Manage client renewals to drive high retention rates. Spearhead quality management initiatives by defining and monitoring quality metrics, conducting reviews, and addressing quality issues promptly
