Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Pervious work experience as in lead generation is plus. **Freshers are encourage to apply**

• Good to have hands-on experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and meet or exceed lead generation targets.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize HubSpot, SalesLoft, Zendesk, and Salesforce to generate high-quality leads and expand the customer base.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and target industries.

• Implement lead generation strategies to drive inbound and outbound prospecting activities.

• Qualify leads through effective communication and follow-up techniques.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and customer information within the CRM system. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including emails, landing pages, and sales materials, to support lead generation efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and progress towards goals.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in global sales leadership roles within SaaS-based organizations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the SaaS industry.

• Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, subscription-based revenue models, and recurring revenue strategies.

• Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in the SaaS space.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the SaaS ecosystem to identify new business opportunities and drive customer success.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities within the SaaS industry to identify opportunities for growth and develop competitive strategies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives. Establish and maintain sales processes, systems, and KPIs specific to SaaS sales metrics, including MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), churn rates, and customer lifetime value. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management to provide insights into SaaS sales performance and opportunities. Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the SaaS industry to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement. Represent the company at SaaS industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, build relationships, and stay connected with industry leaders.

Education Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 year of software development experience.

• Proficiency in at least one modern server-side language such as PHP, Python.

• Must have knowledge of PHP framework Laravel.

• Knowledge of backend security principles and practices.

• knowledge with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Understanding of authorization and authentication mechanisms. Experience with source control management systems (Git).
