• Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding process for new clients.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of Seamless.ai offerings.

• Work cross-functionally with sales development, customer success, revenue operations and marketing teams

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred

Experience Requirements:

• At least 4 years of administrative/clerical experience supporting executive leadership and board of directors required

Other Requirements:

• Must be located in Columbus, Ohio.

• Must be able to meet with COO in person at least once a week.

• Light travel to quarterly meeting when not held in Columbus, Ohio

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize complex calendars for the CEO and COO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the CEO and COO, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate delegation.

• Prepare agendas, materials, and notes for executive meetings; follow up on action items post-meeting.

• Draft and edit presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents.

• Scan, save, and organize files and documents. Including all company mail.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of work experience

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years experience designing, implementing, and securing enterprise AWS infrastructure and services

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage highly scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Lead the automation of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of systems, implementing disaster recovery and failover strategies.

• Collaborate with software development and data teams to optimize cloud architecture for large-scale data systems.

• Implement and maintain security best practices, including monitoring, threat detection, and vulnerability mitigation.
