Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in technology or software solutions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience or familiarity with industry-leading tools and platforms in security and observability [Log tools, APMs, SIEMs i.e Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Cribl, etc.]. Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential customers.

• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other channels.

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, positioning Observo AI’s solutions as the best fit.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and hand over qualified leads for further engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead tracking.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on building and deploying machine learning models at scale.

• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
