Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of business analyst experience supporting an enterprise environment

Other Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Human Resource and Sales and Customer Relations Management (CRM) processes and systems

• Expertise in delivering solutions based on IT best practices, methodologies, and governance

• Advance experience in evaluating and implementing third party applications

• Strong experience in co-leading small to large projects from concept to implementation

• Strong experience in conducting root cause analysis to assist in identifying business needs / requirements

• Experience in assisting with the understanding and development of business intelligence KPI, reports, and Dashboards

• Proficiency using Office 365 applications, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint or equivalent is required

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level insight and analysis on the processes and technology which supports their core business partners

• Advise our company on ways we might improve our processes by identifying new opportunities and applying best practices based on experience, research, and partnership with leaders and peers across the company

• Assist in mentoring and growing future Business Analyst within our technology team

Experience Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer

• Proficient in SQL for query and data analysis

• Demonstrated success collaborating with partners in product, design and analytics to define, build, and ship great products and experiences

• Experience leading large projects from idea to high quality delivery

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on a cross-functional team with a designer, product manager and other engineers

• Architect and build features that our SMB employers will use daily

• Maintain a high standard of quality in your own work and in the feedback provided to peers in code review and architecture discussions

• Influence the team’s roadmap and prioritization of innovation and operational health initiatives such as quality control and on-call

• Provide mentorship to engineers and unblock and support your team to meet deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating compliance and risk management frameworks

• Support the compliance risk assessment process by gathering relevant data, identifying basic compliance risks, and proposing mitigation measures as appropriate

• Help manage the compliance and risk controls library by ensuring documentation is complete, organized, and accessible to internal teams and auditors

• Conduct regular testing and monitoring of compliance controls under supervision, identifying any gaps and recommending corrective actions

• Support investigations of compliance-related issues, assisting with corrective actions to address and mitigate identified risks
