Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of user-facing experience whilst working directly for a SaaS company

• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, LimeCRM, Microsoft Dynamix, other CRMs

• Tech background (API’s, Web development, JS)

• Handle inbound queries via chat and email

• Participate in calls with clients and prospects

• Troubleshoot bugs and file feature requests

• Manage enterprise client requirements during pre-sales transitioning from pre-sales to post-sales

Experience Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in Customer Success and/or Account Management

• Proven track record of owning renewals and driving upsells

• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple senior stakeholders

• Ability to run KPI-led QBRs and connect product usage to commercial outcomes

• Strong background in B2B marketing, ABM, or revenue operations

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts

• Lead strategic QBRs centered on business impact, KPI alignment, and commercial value

• 100% ownership of renewals — forecasting, negotiation, and closing

• 100% ownership of upsell growth — identifying opportunities, mapping impact, and driving commercial alignment

• Build multithreaded relationships across customers, ensuring visibility with senior decision-makers
