Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interaction design, interface design, human-computer interaction, service design, (graphic) design with emphasis on UX or equivalent qualification.

• Any graduate with a degree in arts/ diploma in designing/additional courses in UI/UX.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-10 Years

• Two or more years of relevant industry experience designing applications, products, and services that balance user needs, business objectives, and technological constraints.

• Portfolio of design projects to be shared.

• Ability to create storyboards, user flows, process flows, wireframes, and site maps.

• Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

• A holistic and human-centered approach to product and service design, from research and insight generation to concept to deliverable.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll oversee creating and updating our product applications’ web and mobile user interfaces.

• Work with the product teams and relevant team members to gather and evaluate user requirements.

• Develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes.

• Adhere to the product style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Education Requirements:

• Any graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.

Experience Requirements:

• 4-6 Years.

• Minimum of four to six years of experience in technical areas with demonstratable progress.

• Three to five years of hands-on experience in product development and support, with a clear demonstration of performance and increased responsibility.

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in conceptualizing customer/market requirements into a software project/product.

• Domain knowledge in one or more areas that ForecastEra specializes in (sales, revenue operations, finance) – with a good understanding of underlying processes, data dependencies, relationships, financial, and operational KPIs.

• Sprint planning, Vision marketing, involvement in the sales pitch, competitive analysis, and feature analysis.

• Recruiting, building, and developing a professional team of technicians able to deliver projects with quality, on time, and on budget.

Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 4-10 Years

• Four or more years of extensive full-stack experience (MEAN or similar) and application design patterns.

• At least three years of hands-on experience with Vue.js, React, or any other technology

• At least five years of experience using python/Java.

• At least four years of experience designing and building RESTful services.

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of three to four programming languages and paradigms.

• Strong experience developing web applications and understanding of new web technologies.

• Experience building highly available applications.

• Experience building/hosting production applications on any major cloud provider.

• Working knowledge of web service infrastructures such as DNS, load balancers, reverse proxies, CDNs, application Servers, and databases.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end architecture of new products – concepts, architecture, design and delivery, roll-out, and customer success.

• Architect scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions in a cloud environment.

• Take complete ownership of the functional and non-functional requirements and in driving the technology roadmap.

• Work with technical leaders in other groups like R&D, marketing and customer service, etc., in understanding the pain points and work with the engineering leaders to address them.

• Identify applications for new technologies and lead implementation.
