What are profile credits?
Profile credits are counted whenever a Crystal DISC assessment is completed or new profile is viewed using our Chrome Extension. Once a profile is created, every user in your organization has full access to that profile.
How many profiles will I need?
This will vary from business to business but on average, we see a single user needing 240 profiles/user/year. To calculate your business’ annual profile needs, run this formula: (# of bulk profiles to get started) + (# of users * # of new profiles/user/year)
How long is my free account accessible for?
Your free account will be saved and available to you, even after your 10 free profile credits have been used.
What onboarding, training, and support is included?
Support is only provided for our PREMIUM or BUSINESS plans. Those on our PREMIUM plan can get support by emailing our support inbox. Those on our BUSINESS plan get assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager where onboarding and training comes with the package.
Can I pay monthly billing?
Our Premium plan at $49/month does not support a monthly billing option. For monthly billing options on all Business plans, please reach out to your account executive.
What happens when I use all of my profile credits?
This will depend on your plan. If you’re on our FREE plan, you’ll get a notification to upgrade to our PREMIUM plan to access more profile credits. If you’re on our PREMIUM plan, please contact our sales team to see if our BUSINESS plan is more appropriate.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan via the billing settings or by reaching out to your dedicated customer success manager. All cancellations and downgrades will take place at the end of your billing cycle, while upgrades will take place immediately.
Do you have a pricing plan for large team sizes or enterprises?
Absolutely. Crystal has plans for teams of every size. Please contact our sales team so we can create your perfect plan.
Can Crystal integrate with my CRM or other applications?
Yes. This would be our ENRICHMENT offering. Crystal natively integrates with popular CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. For home-grown/custom CRMs, Crystal offers the ability to enrich via CSV files.
How does the enrichment plan work?
Our enrichment plan only comes with data and does not include access to all of our rich features and tools. Pricing for our enrichment plan is dependent on the number of unique contacts you would like to enrich.
