Yes, Mendable offers a free plan with 500 message credits per month. It's also free for certain open-source projects; contact us to check eligibility.
Do you train your AI model with my code?
Currently, Mendable does not look at your repository's code. We may add this feature in the future, always giving you the option to opt out of data sharing.
How do I remove the Powered by Mendable?
To remove the 'Powered by Mendable' branding, you need to upgrade to an enterprise or custom plan. Contact eric@mendable.ai for assistance with this.
How do I get an anon key?
Sign up at mendable.ai, create a project, and find your anon key in the API Keys section of the dashboard. Anon keys are for client-side use, API keys for server-side.
Is GPT-4 pricing different?
Yes, GPT-4 costs 3 message credits per message compared to 1 for GPT-3.5-Turbo. This means 500 credits yield approx. 166 GPT-4 messages.
Can you correct the AI response?
Yes, Mendable provides a 'teach the model' functionality, allowing you to correct AI responses, which helps the model learn and improve instantly.

Is it 100% accurate?

Log into our platform, go to your account, and click the 'Open customer portal' button. You can then cancel or modify your subscription via Stripe.

Mendable syncs with your documentation and support channels, then uses this data and previously answered questions to suggest possible answers for your users.
Are you open-source?
