What are message credits?
1 message credit = 1 GPT-3.5 Turbo message sent. Credits are total for the plan, irrespective of projects.
Are there limits to the number of documents I can add to Doks AI?
No limits on documents (crawled URLs, sitemaps, uploaded files) for training. Retrain your chatbot multiple times at no extra cost.
Does it use ChatGPT or GPT-4?
By default, it uses GPT-3.5-turbo. GPT-4 will be coming soon to Doks.ai.
What all languages are supported by Doks.ai chatbot?
Doks.ai chatbot supports multiple languages. Customize in 'Base Prompt'. By default, it detects and responds in the user's question language for seamless communication.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, a 7-day free trial is available. It includes one chatbot, 20 message credits, 400,000 characters, and 1 lead form to try the platform.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds (partial or full) due to product nature. You can cancel subscriptions anytime, and no further charges will apply.
How do I retrain the chatbot?
Update data by clicking 'Retrain AI' in the Manage section. It fetches new content and retrains the AI multiple times at no extra cost.
Can I give my chatbot instructions or prompts?
Yes, customize prompts, name, personality traits, and response methods (e.g., specific language like Spanish). This allows tailored chatbot behavior.
How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Sign up, connect sources, train the bot. Then, copy-paste the script from the 'Embed' section in the dashboard into your website's head section.
How long does the chatbot take to train?
Training time depends on data size, typically 1-2 minutes. AI-powered algorithms are efficient and fast-learning. Once trained, it's ready.
Can Doks.ai chabot be trained on videos which have content within them or will I need to transcribe?
Currently, Doks.ai processes text-based content only. Videos need to be transcribed into text format for training the chatbot.
Can I customize the look and feel of my chatbot?
Yes, customize background, color scheme, logos, widget icon, avatar, and welcome message. Brand customization is for paid plan users.
