Experience Requirements:
Experience with concepts including Field of View (FoV), Frame Rate, Bandwidth, detection, and recognition ranges
Hands-on experience in design, installation, and deployment, with knowledge of various VMS brands and platforms
Hands-on experience in design, installation, and deployment
Basic knowledge required

Other Requirements:
Proficiency with Linux-based systems, including troubleshooting and scripting
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based deployments is a plus

Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical resource for the icetana sales team
Conduct live and recorded demonstrations, and POC deployments

Support System Integrators in responding to tenders, RFPs, and other requirements from end users and customers

Sales Manager / BDM

Experience Requirements:
3+ years in a technical role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation) with an interest in transitioning to sales or account management
OR 5+ years in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in SaaS, or security
Familiarity with AI, video analytics, or security solutions is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience working with channel partners and partner ecosystems is a plus
Other Requirements:
Someone with strong technical background looking to transition into sales
Someone who will deal with customers authentically, and transparently, focussing on how we can meet their needs rather than pushing the hard sell
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Experience with CRM platforms (we use Zoho) is beneficial
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers (outside of the Middle East & USA)
Understand customer objectives, challenges, and technical requirements to ensure optimal use of icetana’s solutions
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to drive engagement and retention
Build strong relationships with channel and technology partners to support business growth
