Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited US university

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in clinical practice as a Nurse

• 10+ years of engagement in clinical or administrative software deployment projects

• 10+ years of experience in project coordination

• 10+ years of experience in training/orienting physicians

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency and deep understanding of various clinical or administrative software

• Deep understanding of relevant clinical cases and KPIs

• Proficiency in preparing and presenting periodic reports

• Ability to engage with a wide range of client stakeholders

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

• Knowledge of CMS programs

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities:

• Participating in deployment activities

• Meeting with clients regularly

• Reviewing clinical cases

• Tracking and reporting KPIs/metrics

• Reviewing clients’ knowledge of Medical Brain capabilities
