  • Basic knowledge of different cleaning agents and their proper uses.

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Some physical skills are required to successfully perform the essential duties of the position: standing, walking, using hands and fingers to manipulate objects, tools or controls; talking and listening. Responsibilities:

  • Office Maintenance: Report painting, remodeling or renovation needs for areas. Report when it is necessary to change light bulbs, both interior and exterior. Keep inventory of tools and materials.

  • Office Cleaning: Clean windows and glass doors. Dust all surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves and equipment. Vacuum or mop floors in offices, hallways, meeting rooms and common areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks and countertops. Supervise daily garbage collection, replenishment and cleaning of restrooms, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting tables and furniture, cleaning of exterior access and ashtrays, graffiti removal, maintenance of floors and elevators, and cleaning of communal surfaces (railings, water coolers, kitchen areas, etc.).

  • Both Roles: Supervise garbage collection and office cleaning service at the end of events. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including trash removal. Support event setup and dismantling. Diligently follow safety protocols and guidelines. Collect and dispose of garbage and recyclable materials according to established procedures.
