Training & Education Specialist
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer education, or a related role.
Other Requirements:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person
Experience developing training programs and delivering customer-facing education on complex software platforms
Strong content creation skills (videos, e-learning, presentations)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Design, create, and deliver virtual training curricula for new & existing clients
Hold regular onboarding training sessions for new and existing clients
Host office hours for new clients to provide guidance and answer questions
Conduct training for new team member onboarding and ongoing skill development
Develop and deliver high-quality training videos for internal education and product updates
