Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of freight forwarding experience

• Experience in quoting Air/Ocean/Land

• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipments cycle management

• Experience with interacting with agents abroad, rate management

• Technology orientation

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new customers to be able to use our platform

• Building and teaching technical courses on the platform

• Deliver excellent support to customers, understand their needs, and ensure their success.

• Serve as the main point of contact while acting as a liaison between clients and the rest of the Wisor.ai team.

• Provide customers with Introduction and training of new features in order to maximise the usage and educate them through marketing and product documents.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within startup environments, preferably with exposure to B2B products.

• Proven track record in understanding complex industries, defining user stories, and contributing to product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CPO and Senior Product Manager to understand Wisor.ai's ecosystem, user personas, and market demands. Craft user stories and contribute to product strategy.

• Lead the creation of product designs, system designs, web presence, and communications design, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Conduct user research, analyze behaviors, and translate insights into intuitive and efficient user flows.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of web Full stack development experience

• 2+ years of web React development experience

• 2+ years of Python development experience

Responsibilities:

• Design, estimate and develop solutions for new feature requests together with product & graphic designers teams

• Write server-side code using Python and AWS server-less services.

• Write client-side code using JavaScript, React and Next.JS.

• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end.
