Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in analytics, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS.

• Experience leading customer-facing analytics products for enterprise customers, with a focus on data visualization, reporting, and AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends in enterprise analytics to shape Ushur’s analytics capabilities.

• Develop and execute a roadmap that balances innovation with scalability, ensuring analytics solutions drive value for enterprise customers.

• Own the customer-facing analytics experience, ensuring insights are actionable, intuitive, and embedded in our platform.

• Work closely with the Director of Engineering - Analytics to translate product requirements into technical architectures, solutions, and implementation plans.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on financial services and insurance industries

• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving large, complex deals

• Deep knowledge of financial services and insurance operations, challenges, and digital transformation trends

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting financial services and insurance clients to achieve revenue goals

• Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations to build a robust pipeline

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver tailored client solutions

• Conduct impactful presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform

Experience Requirements:

• 4-5 years proven success selling SaaS-based Enterprise Software Solutions with at least 3+ years of experience selling to Health Plans and other Healthcare Organizations in the Fortune 1000

• A demonstrated track record where you consistently have met or exceeded annual quota

• Subject matter expertise in healthcare with rich experience working with health plans and benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop a set of strategic account plans assigned to you for your select verticals and region that includes how you will engage leaders responsible for digital transformation, customer experience and operations

• Become a trusted advisor to Clients by understanding their needs and business objectives, demonstrating industry awareness and co-creating high impact business solutions with the Ushur platform

• Focus relentlessly on bringing new Clients into the Ushur family and expand the business inside existing Client accounts
