Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
You don't need to enter your credit card details to trial or sign up for our platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment through credit cards, wire transfer, and ACH (Automated Clearing House Network).
Can I pay quarterly or halfyearly?
We currently offer a monthly and annual plan. If you'd like to pay quarterly or half-yearly, please contact us.
Are there any applicable taxes?
Taxes will be applied on the subscription price respective to your local, state, provincial, or foreign jurisdiction.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No, SuperOps is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want, but your cancellation will only come into effect at the end of your subscription term.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there aren't any setup fees. (The platform is so easy to set up and use that we doubt you'd need our help anyway.)
Are there any overage fees?
While we don’t charge any ‘overage fees’ as such, if you expect the number of endpoints you manage will increase, you’ll need to purchase additional endpoints.
Can I purchase a customized number of endpoints?
No, you will need to add another endpoint pack. Each pack allows you to manage up to 150 endpoints.
Is there a user limit?
No, there isn't a limit on the number of users or technicians you want to bring on board—the more, the merrier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, all future payments will be canceled and your account will be terminated at the end of your current subscription plan. Similarly, when you downgrade your subscription, you will be moved to the new plan only at the end of your current subscription.
How many endpoints do I get?
You get 150 endpoints for each technician license you purchase (excluding Standard PSA). For example, if you purchase 4 licenses, you get 600 endpoints. If you don’t need an extra seat and just need more endpoints, you can purchase additional endpoint packs.
Can I mix and match plans for a single portal?
No, everyone in a portal must be on the same subscription plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel the subscription?
Your SuperOps account will be suspended within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. You'll have 14 days from the time of canceling to backup any data, after which we will permanently delete your account and data. (But we'd be sorry to see you go.)
Can I trial the platform before purchasing it?
Absolutely. You'll get complete access to all our platform features for 14 days. After that, you can subscribe to the plan that best suits your MSP business needs.
How do I extend my trial?
Your SuperOps free trial will expire after 14 days. If you need more time, you can request a one-time extension by contacting us.
