Responsibilities:

• Enhance brand visibility and optimize the ROI of marketing activities across digital platforms.

• Execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and engagement across key channels, including website, social media, webinars, and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop and execute paid media campaigns (including paid search and social ads) to increase brand visibility and conversion rate.

• Fully exploit the company’s CRM tool, Microsoft Dynamics 365, to enhance data accuracy, streamline processes, and optimize sales and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital campaigns that support business priorities, such as software update promotions or product launches. Analyse and report on campaign performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to meet sales goals and customer acquisition targets

• Inbound Sales: Manage and respond to incoming leads via email, phone, and CRM, ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.

• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects in the CRM system and report progress to the sales team.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate quality leads and enhance brand awareness. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy. Represent SEA.AI at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Assist in planning and organizing event participation, including booth setup, promotional material, and lead tracking.
