Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership and team management.

• Proven experience scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Deep expertise in backend development (Python preferred), cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), and system design.

• Strong understanding of modern software development best practices, including CI/CD, containerization, observability, and microservices.

• Experience working closely with Product teams to align technical decisions with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical strategy for the team's scope, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

• Lead the architecture and design of backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure to support rapid growth.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering & Product to align technical decisions with business goals.

• Ensure technical excellence by championing best practices, high code quality, and operational excellence.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability.

Education Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• Proven SDR/ sales experience in the AI industry (a plus)

• A talent for building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a strategy to identify and generate qualified leads through a multi-channel approach

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Demonstrating a good grasp of knowledge around the benefits of AI and why Quench is the solution

• Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop and implement winning sales strategies

• Collaborating with the tech team to ensure a good feedback loop is in place from prospects and customers.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth roles, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven sectors, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Source, drive and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and networking in new markets, targeting key accounts and high-value leads.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with potential clients, channel partners, and industry influencers to accelerate business growth and market penetration.

• Lead the charge in identifying new market opportunities and ideal customer accounts, craft go-to-market strategies and execute plans to expand our presence across the U.S.

• Lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring consistent progress, forecasting, and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Work with Customer Success Lead to cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and continuous value creation through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
