Parspec is an AI-powered platform designed to support product selection, quoting, and submittals for lighting product experts. It helps sales agents and distributors break through productivity barriers to bid more jobs, grow revenue, and improve profitability. The platform includes three main tools: Product Finder, which uses AI to identify spec-compliant alternates and understand customer preferences; Quoting, which offers a smarter way to quote with innovative product selection and pricing technology; and Submittals + O&M's, which automates document search, markup, and package composition. Parspec offers various pricing plans based on credit allowances, which are used to access Product Finder seats or create documents. What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of value that can be exchanged on the Parspec platform to “purchase” a Product Finder user seat or to create quotes, submittals or O&M documents. Each Parspec subscription plan comes with a monthly or annual credit allowance.
How are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed when a user purchases a license to the Product Finder application or when a quote, submittal or O&M document is first generated for a Bill of Material. Any recompilations or additional versions of these documents from the same Bill of Materials will not cost any additional credits.
What is a "Location"?
A location is a segmented team of users within an existing Parspec account that can have distinct document configuration and branding preferences. Users can only access projects, bills of materials, and documents from locations they are associated with. There is no limit on the number of users a user can be associated with
Can I purchase just the Product Finder?
Yes! You can purchase the product finder a la carte. Schedule a demo or contact sales to finalize a quote.
Do you offer monthly billing?

Is there a free trial to test out Parspec?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial. To get the most out of the free trial, we suggest ensuring that all key stakeholders are able to onboard and participate in the trial together.
Do I have to pay to add additional users to my account?
Credits are required per user to access Parspec’s Product Finder application. Parspec’s Quoting and Submittals + O&Ms are free to access. Credits are consumed when users create documents using these systems.

How long does it take to learn Parspec?

The majority of Parspec’s users complete their first production submittal package in their first 4 hours of use.
