Experience Requirements:

• 7-10 years of professional frontend development experience

Other Requirements:

• Data Structures: Develop and optimize API data structures using best practices like JSON schema design, pagination, filtering, sorting, and indexing

Education Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ML/AI, or Data Science

Experience Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer, focusing on AI/ML or data-driven projects

• Proven track record of managing AI/ML projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, and testing

• Experience working directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements

• Experience working with teams across different time zones

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as Python, R, SQL, or equivalent

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve roadblocks, provide AI strategy suggestions, and update timelines and customer status

• Proactively manage customer relationships, gauge sentiment, and maintain positive customer health

• Offer technical assistance by translating complex machine learning concepts into simple languageDiscuss data strategy with customers, manage action plans, and ensure alignment with business objectivesAddress customer queries regarding Obviously AI’s software and troubleshoot issues as needed
