Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education

• At least 2 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting. HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of MS SQL Database

• Prior implementation experience in Information technology, data systems, and/or computer science

• Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities

• Willingness to experiment and learn new tools and technologies

• Strong client relationship building, conflict management and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on data acquisition, data integration and analysis across clinical and operational venues

• Design and build of data management solutions that provide data acquisition, data quality, data transformation, and integration of data.

• Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise, and resolve complex client concerns raised during implementation, operation, maintenance, or solution application.

• Provide varying levels of implementation services through configuration, analysis, validation, integration, move to production, go live support, transition, project planning and professional consultative services to Clients to ensure successful implementation.

• Collaborate with the Client project team to ensure that the impacts of decisions and approaches are viewed across the solution work streams.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Experience Requirements:

• 5 years acute care nursing experience

• KS or MO nursing license

• Specialty nursing certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Performs quality review of patients identified by our software including but not limited to patient chart reviews

• Facilitates the ongoing coordination of care for patients with incidental findings, including communication with key members of individual patient care team

• Responsible for notifying either the patient or his/her provider when disease state is off surveillance protocol

• Accurately document all aspects of care coordination and follow up in patient management system

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all involved providers and serve as liaison between various health system departments at client site

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Tableau BI

• 3+ years of industry experience involved in all stages of data integration and warehouse solution development

• 2+ years working with the Microsoft technology stack including SSIS development and backend SQL development

Other Requirements:

• Knowledge of MS SQL Database required; experience with Python a plus

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server required

• Broad experience across all major aspects of an overall Data Warehousing program

• Strong experience optimizing the user experience

• Experience with claim data analysis and working knowledge of the health care industry is strongly preferred; experience at a health plan, consulting firm or hospital system a strong plus

• Willingness to experiment and learn new tools and technologies

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities:
