Rep seems a little pricey. Can you explain why?
Our plans start at $39 and scale based on two primary factors: number of site visitors and product catalog size. The more visitors you have and the larger your catalog means the AI consumes more resources when interacting with shoppers.
How does Rep understand my brand and catalog?
During setup, Rep connects directly to your Shopify and learns about every product in your catalog. The bigger your catalog, the longer it takes to absorb. Once the catalog is learned, Rep scans your catalog every 10 seconds so it's always up to date.
How much time does it take to train my AI?
To get going, it depends on a few factors: the complexity of your products, the size of your catalog, the number of collections you have, and more. We make it as simple as possible to establish a strong brand foundation for your AI.
Are you only available on Shopify?
