Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of our product and its reliance on multiple third-party API services. We recommend using the 14-day free trial first.
What happens if I cancel during the trial?
If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your account will simply expire at the end of the trial period.
Can I cancel at any time after subscribing?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Bexy AI will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will be deactivated.
What are the billing cycles for paid plans?

A Data Object is any piece of information processed by our AI, including synced products, pages, and collections, plus manually added links, FAQs, and documents.
Can I add text content to train the chatbot if I don't have web pages to scrape or files to upload?
Yes, you're able to enter raw text content as training data if you don't have web pages to scrape or files to upload.
What type of content can we use to train the chatbot?
You can use any content. E-commerce platforms are automatically imported. You can add more by uploading files, custom links, or FAQs. Cloud storage providers are also supported.
Do you retrain the chatbot automatically when the website content changes?
For connected e-commerce platforms, retraining is automated. For manually submitted links, you have to click 'Crawl Again' on the dashboard. We are working on automating this process.
Can I upload files to train the chatbot?
Yes, you can upload CSV, TXT, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and MD files to train the chatbot. There is no limit to the number of files you can upload, but data objects count towards limits.
