GPTHelp enables businesses to deploy custom AI chatbots on their websites, instantly answering visitor questions based on their specific content, files, and FAQs. The platform automates the process of training the AI by simply entering a website URL, fetching all relevant pages. Users can customize the chatbot's design, including color, size, and icons, as well as its AI behavior, such as name, role, and attitude. It also allows monitoring conversations, viewing chat history, taking over discussions, and modifying AI answers to ensure optimal performance. GPTHelp utilizes GPT-4 by default across all plans, supporting training on various content types like web pages, sitemaps, Zendesk Help Centers, Gitbook links, and uploaded files (CSV, TXT, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, MD). While there's no free plan, a 7-day free trial is available for the Starter plan. Integrations with other chat or ticketing platforms are planned, with some enterprise-level options currently available. The tool also supports multiple languages for training and answering.

Is there a free plan?
No, but you can try the Starter plan for free for 7 days.
Is there a demo that I can try?
Yes, you can go to gpthelp.ai/demo and try out the demo. The demo bot you see is trained on the gpthelp.ai website content itself.
Do you use ChatGPT (aka gpt-3.5-turbo) or GPT-4?
Right now, GPThelp uses GPT-4 by default for all the chatbots. It's the most advanced AI model.
Can I use GPT-4?
Yes, GPT-4 is used by default on all plans.
Is there a limit on number of messages that can be sent?
Yes, there are limits on the number of messages that can be sent. Please check the above pricing plans to see the limits for various plans.
What type of content can we use to train the chatbot?
You can use any type of content to train the chatbot. The more content you provide, the better the chatbot will be able to answer the questions.
How do I train the chatbot?
You can train the chatbot by adding a website link, a sitemap link, a Zendesk Help Center Link, a Gitbook link. You can also upload CSV/TXT/PDF/DOCX/PPTX/MD files.
Can I upload files to train the chatbot?
Yes. You can upload CSV/TXT/PDF/DOCX/PPTX/MD files to train the chatbot. The limits vary based on what plan you are on.
Some of my files are larger than 10 MB. What do I do?
Please contact us on contact@gpthelp.ai. We can figure out a way for you to upload those files.
How do I add the chatbot to my website?
Each chatbot gets its own unique url, you can embed the chatbot on your own site via the embed code we provide. You can even directly link to the chatbot from your site.
Can I have the GPThelp on Whatsapp? Do you have Whatsapp Integration?
No. We currently don't have any kind of integration with Whatsapp. If you want this, please reach out to us at contact@gpthelp.ai for a custom plan.
Do you retrain the chatbot automatically when the website content changes?
Right now, for retraining, you have to go to the dashboard and click on "Retrain" button. We are working on automating this process and do it periodically.

Will I be able to see the chats/interactions that the users are having with my chatbots?
Yes, you have complete access to all the chats/interactions with your chatbots. You can see the entire chat history of all the interactions made with your chatbot.
Can I customize the chatbot?
Yes, you can change the color, chatbot icon, chatbot name, chatbot suggestions, and a lot of other things. You can customize everything you see in the chatbot.
