What happens if I exceed the free usage?
Chatbot will not stop working even if free usage is exceeded. However, a brand promotional message will be included at the bottom of the message (powered by closer.ai).
What is the basis for the number of users in the pricing policy?
Monthly active user count is applied. Monthly active users refer to the number of unique users who exchanged messages with the chatbot at least once during a month. User count is calculated from the 1st to the last day of each month.
What is the team member invitation in workspace?
You can work together on the CLOSER Builder canvas. CLOSER Chat is a real-time chat support service that allows you to monitor chatbot conversations or participate directly in conversations. It can be used for free in your account even without adding team members, but if the number of users increases and many operators are needed, you can add more team members.
How much does Kakao Counsel Talk cost?
Kakao Counsel Talk is available in the Business plan or higher, and costs 100 won per daily active chatroom. The active chatroom is based on the number of chatrooms that had conversations between 4:00 AM and 3:59 AM the next day, based on Korean time.
How much is the custom plan?
The custom plan is determined by negotiating the following: ①Usage level considering the number of users, messages, team member invitations in the workspace, and the maximum performance level of concurrent access; ②Required advanced features; ③Level of technical support.
