Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years working within the music and creative industries in a similar role, preferably with experience working with publishing admin systems.

Responsibilities:

• Registering compositions with relevant databases and Collective Management Organisations in a timely manner

• Manage metadata imports/exports with partners

• Ensuring splits and metadata is correct for each composition

• React to and coordinate troubleshooting of ad-hoc glitches, queries, and admin requests pertaining to Overtone's Publishing catalog

• Manage Collective Management Organisations relationships and work to resolve any potential issues that may arise 工作 closely with our songwriters and clients to ensure we have correct data for work registrations and provide support and service as needed Monitor and analyse performance and royalty reports and provide insights on market trends Assist in resolving any rights disputes or issues relating to song ownership or royalties

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Golang or Python

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems with a focus on payment and subscription services

• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices using Golang and Python (FastAPI), ensuring scalability and reliability

• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and data teams to create cohesive, impactful solutions

• Champion best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and testing, leveraging tools like Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for robust deployment pipelines

• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and growth-focused methodologies to iteratively improve user engagement and experience

Experience Requirements:

• selling to major UK agencies for at least 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Identify new agency clients as a route to market, conduct contract negotiations, obtain orders and establish new accounts/relationships.

• Competently navigate multiple divisions and departments of major agency groups.

• Expertly pull together complex deal structures and negotiations, positioning standard Epidemic offerings and working with this channel to identify deal constructs that meet the agency where they are.

• Comfortable developing strong relationships and working closely with middle management and C-level executives from both a relationship building and a sales/business development perspective from all major agency groups

• Assume responsibility for the full agency sales cycle, both inbound and outbound sales, and keeping Epidemic Sounds as top of mind.
