Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer

• Proficiency in Angular and Redux

• Experience with Monorepo setups, preferably with Nx

• Strong understanding of modern front-end development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and build processes

• Solid experience with front-end performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

• Familiarity with React is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end architecture decisions and roadmap, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance

• Develop and maintain complex, scalable front-end platforms using Angular and Redux

• Build and optimize CI processes to improve code quality, deployment, and release management

• Collaborate closely with design, back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality user experiences

• Work on monorepo solutions (preferably with Nx) for managing multiple applications and libraries within the same repository

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience of leading global support team for a SaaS product

• At least 2 years experience in technical support role

• Proven track record of assuming new responsibilities and helping to establish sustainable workflows, functions, and teams

• Experience working with ticketing system like Zendesk and logs exploration platform like Datadog

• Fundamental knowledge of APIs, networking, any coding language and Cloud Platforms

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field - advantage

• Experience in the space of Cloud Security / GRC - advantage

Experience Requirements:

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably as a SDR/BDR in a SaaS startup environment

• Familiarity with enterprise sales process, personas and sales motion; proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Other Requirements:

• Experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chili Piper, Warmly, etc)

• Familiarity with the security & compliance domain; ideally with awareness of GRC compliance

• Familiarity with Cloud services, Application Development lifecycle, Cloud Security

• Process and detail-oriented; able to thrive in an intense and high-volume business; strong time management skills

• Self-disciplined and focused to effectively manage daily workloads in a remote environment with team members across different time zones

• The ability to work with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales is essential

• Can-do attitude, highly organized, and strong work ethic; excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Research, prospect and qualify potential customers, within assigned US/Canada territory

• Run short qualification meetings with potential customers who inquire on website

• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives that convert into pipeline opportunities

• Leverage sales and lead generation tools (Outreach, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Warmly, Gong) to identify prospects and activate them in multi-touch inbound & outbound sequences
