Education Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in computer science or an equivalent field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years experience writing software in a production environment

• Experience with React/TypeScript and Next.Js

• Experience writing Python-based backend APIs, including working with libraries such as FastAPI

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an AI-driven product for our customers.

• Keep up to date with the latest developments in AI, including emerging interface designs and frameworks that open up new possibilities for what we could build for our customers.

• Implement features across the stack – you will be expected to jump into any part of the stack to ship your features. Usually that just means frontend and backend changes, but occasionally you may need to touch our core platform and infrastructure as well.

• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback on the product and solve issues they face.

• Bring a strong sense of autonomy and ownership for customer outcomes – you don't just build new features, you holistically think about customer problems and how we can the best possible product to solve them

Experience Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of finance experience, with at least 4 years of experience managing a finance function at a SaaS company

• Experience with full ownership of financial data, reporting, and audit coordination for a company or an operating division or significant program area within a larger company

• Expertise in SaaS financial metrics and planning processes, including runway, burn rate, and unit economics

• Experience with creating and innovating SaaS pricing models

• Experience with sales and revenue forecasting
