What kind of data sources we currently support?
NativeBI currently integrates with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, MySQL, etc.), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, CSV files), REST APIs, RSS feeds, and social media feeds. Support for MongoDB, MariaDB, Microsoft Azure, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Dropbox is under development.
Does NativeBI store my data?
NativeBI offers live and cached data extraction models. Live extraction connects to the data source each time a dashboard or report is opened. Cached extraction replicates and caches data locally, enabling faster access but requiring data refreshes.
How does NativeBI refresh the data?
With the cached extraction model, data refresh intervals can be set by administrators. Options include hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly refreshes.
What is meant by by Admin, Analyst and Viewer?
NativeBI supports three user types: Admin (full access), Analyst (dashboard creation and management), and Viewer (view-only access).
Can NativeBI connect to REST APIs?
Yes, NativeBI has a generic REST API connector that supports any API adhering to REST specifications.
