Experience Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in growth marketing or event organisation
Other Requirements:
Native or fluent Spanish speaker, with excellent written and verbal skills
Fluent English required; Italian is a plus
Highly organised, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Curious and eager to deepen your expertise in growth marketing
Responsibilities:
Event organisation: plan, organise, and manage in-person and remote events/webinars in Spain and Italy. Be the main point of contact for event execution, working with local sales to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
Content creation & localisation: create or adapt content (e-books, customer stories, blog posts, etc.) from French or English into Spanish and/or Italian, ensuring relevance and resonance for both markets
Communication: own communications for the Spanish and Italian markets. Send newsletters, manage our social media channels (mainly LinkedIn), and build marketing nurture campaigns. Identify and leverage new external channels (media, partners, influencers) to promote AB Tasty and our solutions
Website optimisation: support the web optimisation team in updating and optimising the Spanish and Italian websites

Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in SaaS sales and knowledge of the Italian MARTECH ecosystem, with 5+ years of success acquiring new clients and driving revenue in a hunter role.
Other Requirements:
Language: Native Italian, Fluent in Spanish if possible, English Mandatory
Confidence in building strong stakeholder relationships and managing multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycle.
Eagerness to explore the MARTECH industry, increase client satisfaction, and champion customer-centric improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in the Italian market a fast growing market for AB Tasty
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while promoting AB Tasty’s solutions and driving revenue growth across new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Drive outbound prospecting efforts and utilising our partners ecosystem in the region
