Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role

Other Requirements:

• Proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping

• Skilled in data analysis and using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience with agile methodologies and SQL or other data analysis tools

• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management

• Conduct business analysis to define and communicate requirements and improvements
