• Apply domain knowledge to solve Payroll issues

• Work closely with US teams and with clients

• Ensure 100% accuracy while running the payroll

• Processing Stop payments and re-issue

• Wage Garnishment deduction setup administration

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce

Experience Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in email triaging, customer support, access management, or system operations

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience with Mac, Windows and MS Office is a must

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage email inbox

• Maintain SLA adherence by preventing backlogs

• Create and maintain tags, rules, automations, and workflows

• Prepare insights and reports to highlight inbox trends

• Manage user access across systems and financial tools
