Experience Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, specifically within B2B SaaS

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth startup environment

• Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise customers, with a focus on outbound sales strategies

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.

• Proven experience recruiting for senior-level roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in a startup or technology company.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, while also being hands-on in recruitment efforts.

• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
