How do Brands get onto the platform?
To launch on Vurvey, Brands need a workspace account. This account provides a way to manage your brand profile, accept people into your community, and collaborate. Sign up for a demo and let us help get you started.
How can I collaborate with Brands?
Collaborating with brands is easier than ever. Once you join the platform and create your profile, join any brand community that seems interesting. Share video messages with the brand, earn points for answering questions, and respond to more in-depth collaborations, called Campaigns. You can manage everything from your phone.
Can I test FREE Products?
Yes, we partner with brands who want you to test their products and services. Keep a watch out for campaigns that include this as part of the experience.
How does Vurvey use AI?
As an early adopter of machine learning and artificial intelligence, our team uses AI to help with analysis. matchmaking you to brands, and help generating questions. We have implemented global controls for data encryption, storage, and AI tools to keep your data private and safe. This is extremely important to us and our mission.
What’s the Vurvey Rewards Program?
Vurvey’s objective is to democratize insights through meaningful collaboration between people and brands. To incentivize people for their contributions, Vurvey users (“Participants”) may earn points for their time and insights that can be converted into future value. Please read the following sections that constitute Vurvey’s Reward Program and policies.
Who’s eligible to participate?
All registered users of the Vurvey platform are eligible as Participants and can earn points for completing specific tasks and/or activities that are outlined in the platform. Participants must be in good standing, with verified accounts.
How do Points work?
Campaign Completion: Points may be awarded to Participants upon the successful completion of a campaign. The number of points may depend on the length, complexity, and activities required to complete the video survey. This is at the discretion of the brand and may be outlined in the overview screen prior to starting a campaign. Quality of Responses: Points may be awarded to Participants for high-quality responses, as determined by our automated quality checks and/or manual reviews. This is to encourage thoughtful and insightful responses. If it’s determined upon review that the quality of a Participant’s response is too low for insight generation – i.e. the responses are too short, unintelligeble, incomplete, low image quality, and/or not relevant to the questions asked – the campaign or questions may be marked as incomplete. Topics & Specials: From time to time, Vurvey and/or the brands on the platform may offer special points for answering topic questions or completing activities inside of the app. These opportunities will be communicated in advance to eligible Participants.
What’s the value of Points?
1 point on Vurvey is equivalent to $0.01 USD. Points by themselves contain no monetary value outside of Vurvey. Once points have met the minimum thresholds and policy requirements, they can be redeemed by Vurvey. The value of points is subject to change. However, once points are earned, their value at the time of earning is preserved.
What’s the Payout process?
Participants must accumulate a minimum of 1,000 points (equivalent to $10.00 USD) before they can convert points to cash. This is to help keep transaction fees low without taking anything away from your rewards. The conversion process includes: 1. Request Conversion: Participants can request a conversion of points into cash via the platform’s dashboard once they have reached the minimum threshold. 2. Verification: Upon receiving a conversion request, the platform will verify the points and the participant’s account status. 3. Processing Time: Conversion requests are processed within 3 business days. Participants will be notified of any delays.
What Payment options do you support?
Payments will be made through Tremendous, which supports over 1,000 choices from their global catalog, including Paypal, Venmo, ACH bank transfers, gift cards, Visa cards, and more Participants must ensure their payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid any processing delays. Participants are responsible for any taxes that may apply to their earnings according to local laws and regulations. The platform may request tax information from participants for reporting purposes.
