Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• High proficiency in Python

• Experience with building and managing self-hosted ML pipelines using tools like MLFLow, Weights and Biases, ClearML, or others

• Experience with cloud platforms

• Experience with medical imaging formats and tools including DICOM, NIfTI, and NRRD

• High proficiency with TensorFlow and PyTorch frameworks

Other Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities:

• Deploy models into production environments and manage their lifecycle

• Ensure that ML algorithms are performing as expected and meet business requirements

• Interface between the ML and platform teams

• Strive for highly scalable, efficient, and easy-to-maintain ML systems

• Establish and maintain a platform catered to a small company that facilitates the entire ML workflow including Model prototyping, Data tracking for datasets, models, and annotations, Training experiment tracking, Deployment for our clinical workstations, Model or data updates

• Collaborate effectively with a small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment

• Leverage your strong MRI physics knowledge to contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in C++ and Javascript

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pulse sequence and RF design
