Responsibilities:

• Answering support tickets and live chat with excellent writing skills (in written English).

• Collaborating internally with your fellow support agents to review technical situations for further testing and communication needs with customers.

• Following proper procedures for ticket management and chat in order to meet SLAs.

• Schedule: We’re looking to discuss the need for full-time or part-time schedule Monday through Friday with predefined shifts – with the potential need to perform weekend ticket check-in during 2-3 weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday) to work on new tickets that come in over the weekend to ensure the maintenance of our 24/7 support model

Experience Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.

• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.

• Regularly perform thorough keywords research.

• Identify key SEO KPIs for each quarter.

• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs and continually keeping an eye on the website’s traffic sources and conversions to ensure the required action plan for drop happens..Prepare and present reports regularly for blog articles, landing pages and other important pages on the website.Report on the main KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.Collaborate with web developers and marketing team.Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.Collaborate with the in house link building team of 8 people.Make sure that the manually built backlinks are qualified and are not hurting the website.Manage and oversee the work of localization department (3 people inhouse, 3 people freelancers).Set KPIs for countries the company targets with localized content, including MRR from the localization project overall.Work with the localization team and guide them to complete the goals for each quarter.Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management

• The ability to think big, dive deep with technical teams and work across customers and personas to deliver important features for our users

• Able to demonstrate prior success delivering SaaS products and features, in particular at an early-to-mid stage company.

• Have had roles that required long-term strategic thinking at the product and company levels.

• Creative problem-solver with extreme attention to detail

Other Requirements:

• Experience building products that manage team workflows (JIRA, kanban boards & other agile project management tools)

• Capable to seek opportunities to make improvements to team efficiency and process and the ability to identify friction points and improvement opportunities for Vismers

Responsibilities:

• You will own the product roadmap from ideation to implementation for part of Visme new feature and product enhancements

• Set clear objectives and key results for cross-functional teams

• Work side-by-side project manager(s) to ensure ideas can scale without significant execution risk or the accrual of significant tech debt Ongoing communication across a company-wide roadmap.

• Define and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success

• Connect directly with Visme customers to improve the product outcome
