I forgot to verify my account. What should I do?
The verification link will be available for 7 days. After this period, when you log in to Visily app, you will be redirected to an “Account expired” page.From here, you can choose to resend the verification link or update the email address.If you choose to resend the verification, we will send another verification email to your previously registered email.If you choose to update the email address, we will send the verification email to your newly updated email.Please note that you will not be able to access your account until you finish verifying your email. Note: If you cannot find the verification email, please check the junk/ spam mailbox.
I never received a verification email. What should I do?
If you have not received your verification email, you can follow these steps:Check your spam/ junk. In some cases, the verification link is categorized as spam by the mail service.If you cannot find the verification email anywhere, it is possible that you entered the wrong email address during registration. In these cases, please contact us via support@visily.ai for better support.
How do I delete or deactivate my Visily account
Currently, we don’t support deleting your account from within Visily. If you want to delete your account, please contact us via support@visily.ai.Please note that once deleted, your previous data and designs will be lost forever.
Can I import my existing designs to Visily?
We will soon support importing designs. In the meantime, you can use Screenshot to Design, one of our best AI-powered features, to convert your existing components and designs from Figma or any other design tools into Visily.
Does Visily support “master” component?
As our team is committed to bringing the best wireframe and prototype tool to every user, we have added a “Master Component” feature to our pipeline. It will be available in the near future.In the meantime, you can use the Saved Design feature to create and share saved components with your team.
When will Visily release more templates
As one of the leading UI design software in the market, we currently have more than 1,000 templates and are releasing 200+ new templates every month. What export file types does Visily allow?
Currently, we support exporting to PDF, PNG, and JPG, as well as inspecting CSS properties.We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know which format or application you would like Visily to support for export that we haven’t implemented yet.
How long will Visily's free plan last?

Will you delete my account if I choose not to upgrade to Visily Pro?
No, we won’t delete your account or data if you choose not to upgrade to Visily Pro; however, we encourage you to either upgrade or make changes to comply with the Starter plan on your own so nothing you value gets locked.If your Visily Team’s usage exceeds the thresholds of Visily Starter and you do not upgrade, we will simply apply the Starter plan thresholds to your Team. That means…If you have Folder or Board Guests, they will be automatically removed (but you can add them back as full Team Members)If you have Private Folders and Boards, they will be locked as view-onlyIf your Boards exceed the Starter plan thresholds, we will lock all but the most recently active Board.

How can I create a screen template for my team?
If you want to create a screen template for your team while in your Team Space, you can add your working wireframe to Saved Design using Cmd+S (Mac) or Ctrl+S (Windows). To learn more about this, please check this article out.
