How can I use Luny.AI for free?
As a free user, you start with 750 tokens. This allows you to generate approximately 4 designs based on images, or more than a dozen designs using text prompts.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade to our paid subscription for $9.90 to receive more tokens and generate additional designs. You can also downgrade to the free version at any time, but you'll be limited in the number of designs you can generate.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the complex nature of our technology, we are unable to offer refunds.
I'm having trouble manipulating the generated design in Figma. What should I do?
If you're experiencing difficulties, we encourage you to share your concerns on our Discord server. You can ask for assistance from our administrators or community members who may be able to help you with Figma-specific issues.
Can I use screenshots to generate designs?
Yes, you can upload a screenshot and ask our AI to reproduce it. However, please note that our AI is still learning and may not be perfectly accurate in reproducing screenshots yet. We're continuously working on improving this feature.
