Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a customer facing role: in Account Management, Customer Success Manager, or Sales role

Responsibilities:

• Developing a trusted adviser relationship with Unbounce customers using Zoom and email as the primary contact sources

• Consistently engaging customers in your book of business through frequent check ins and Business Reviews, focusing on feature adoption and overall engagement with the product

• Providing timely recommendations and educating Unbounce customers based on their business goals and utilization insights

• Helping identify "at-risk" accounts and developing re-engagement strategies

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Devops or SRE roles with a focus on tooling, automation, & cloud infrastructure

• 4+ years of experience with AWS, or equivalent, focusing on RDS, EKS, IAM, Lambda, S3, EC2, Elasticache, & Cloudfront

• Experience with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes

• Experience with Database configurations, performance tuning, and SQL

• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Cloudwatch, etc)

Responsibilities:

• Primarily operating as an AWS Cloud Infrastructure engineer supporting the provisioning, maintenance, testing, optimization, and security of the infrastructure stack leveraged by software, data, and machine learning engineers at Unbounce

• Advocating for engineering best practices and principles as part of driving data product solutions into production

• Work with our development teams to understand their needs and service them by building supporting tools that provide the greatest impact towards delivering customer value

• Being a part of our on-call rotation with incident management for Infrastructure issues

• Writing and maintaining documentation of existing systems, as well as proposals for new designs and solutions
