Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects.

• Experience in app and web commerce with proven track record

• Takes initiative to find solutions for design and UX problems

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Other Requirements:

• Ability to conduct user research, user testing, and translate feedback into actionable design solutions.

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, color theory, and typography.

• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Design and plan all flows and customer journeys for APP and Web commerce

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring the user's perspective is at the forefront.

• Design and deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces that meet both business objectives and user needs.

Education Requirements:

• BS in computer science or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• At least 7 years of software development experience in Node.js or equivalent, including coding, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment

• At least 3 years of team lead experience, leading 5+ developers

• Experience with Agile development using Sprints

• Experience with a multi-tenant SAAS system

• Experience with event-driven architecture

Responsibilities:

• Lead two backend-oriented teams. Responsible for developing and maintaining server side applications and architecture, 3rd party integrations and the Backoffice web app

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.

• Manage, develop, and provide leadership to the team, ensuring their productivity and growth

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to support front-end applications and external integrations.

• Utilize Docker to create containerized environments for seamless deployment and scalability.

Experience Requirements:

• 6-8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager and at least 2-3 years as a Team Lead, ideally for an e-commerce product/company, with a preference for QSR or related industries.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members while achieving product milestones and goals with a hands on approach.

• Takes initiative and communicates effectively to remove blockers and achieve goals

• Solid understanding of scalable, SAAS complex web application/ omnichannel platforms (web, app, kiosk, chat)

• Experience collaborating with Marketing teams and Customer success on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
