Experience Requirements:
7+ years professional software engineering experience (full stack or frontend-focused)
Deep experience building and shipping production applications in React; has architected complex UIs and managed state at scale
Has led frontend architecture, mentored others on UI/UX best practices, and driven adoption of new tools or frameworks
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale workflows and driving comprehensive UI revamps in collaboration with design
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain backend services in Node.js; can design, build, and consume APIs
Other Requirements:
Has held titles such as Senior SWE, Staff/Principal Engineer, Senior Full Stack Engineer, Senior Frontend Engineer
