Experience Requirements:

• B2B sales experience preferable but not required

• At least 2 years of restaurant/hospitality operational experience (FOH, BOH, or management)

• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and cost management

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Qualify and Nurture Leads

• Inbound Leads: Be the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and ensure they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Outbound Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects through strategic outbound efforts, initiating conversations to uncover opportunities and introduce them to our solutions.

• Leverage Your Hospitality Experience: Use your knowledge of the hospitality industry to connect authentically with prospects, empathizing with their challenges and building trust.

• Schedule Product Demonstrations: Identify high-potential leads and seamlessly hand them off to Account Executives, ensuring they are fully briefed for impactful demos.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role and demonstrating an ability to assist customers kick goals

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Activation: Be the catalyst for our customers' journey to success. From Zoom training sessions to hands-on in-app support, you'll be their trusted ally every step of the way.

• Retention and Expansion: Proactively manage customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on customer needs and usage patterns. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for expanding our footprint within existing accounts.

• Collecting Product Feedback and Driving Innovation: Be the voice of our customers within our walls. Gather invaluable feedback, champion their needs, and collaborate closely with our product development teams to drive continuous innovation.

• Ownership of Process Improvement: Be a force for change. Lead the charge in streamlining and enhancing our onboarding and activation processes, with the ultimate goal of creating a seamless, touch-free experience.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with full-cycle ownership for deals, including building consensus among key business decision makers and stakeholders (internally and externally)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all inbound leads and strategic accounts

• Expected to consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets through conversion of free trials, marketing-qualified leads or demo requests into paid customers

• Required to have strong knowledge of the product and ability to handle customer service and product questions on the fly

• Conduct customer presentations and demos using online web conferencing tools

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion processes
