Experience Requirements:

• Advanced programming experience in at least a couple of the following programming languages: Go, Ruby, JavaScript, Python, Bash

• Experience with Ruby on Rails framework

• Experience with functional programming

• Solid understanding of working in Linux shells

• Ability to spin up servers, set them up, and make them available for application deploys Great understanding of the value of automated tests, and ability to implement them across the whole stack Designing efficient deploy flows and continuous integration Solid knowledge of key-value stores, SQL, and relational databases; preferably PostgreSQL Ability to implement and maintain robust concurrent background job systems, with a grasp of concurrency patterns and message queues Fluent English, spoken and written, with clear and effective daily communication with the team Writing clear and concise internal and user documentation

Experience Requirements:

• minimum of 2 years experience leading and mentoring an engineering team.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Extraordinary communication skills; preferably native English speaker, or excellent fluent speaker Experience with SEO and paid advertising methods Experience with split testing tools, Google Analytics, funnel optimization

Responsibilities:

• Leading and improving marketing strategies and activities, including inbound/content marketing, SEO, email marketing, outreach, paid advertising, social media marketing, and other related activities

• Working closely with a remote marketing team of 3+ people (specialized for particular areas such as outreach, social media, and content-oriented)

• Optimizing our user’s journey in the sales funnel

• Finding and experimenting with sustainable lead generation opportunities
