Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant STEM field

Experience Requirements:

• 6+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-intensity hardware technology production environment

• 5+ years of experience working in a technical sales support role preferably supporting commercial Aerospace and Defense OEMs and/or federal customers, especially DoD agencies

• Proven track record of project management and execution in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities:

• Presales Support: Build trust-based relationships with the Account Executives and provide technical leadership in the customer part identification and qualification, cell acquisition and RFP process. Partner with the supply chain professionals and engineers within the customer technical teams we work with.

• Project Management – Own overall responsibility for successful execution of dev plans with customers, ensuring that the right cross functional teams are formed and coordinating to execute the plan. Own deliverables to customer at each milestone

• Post Sales Support: Be responsible for customer success and ensure that our technology is meeting the customer’s specifications and needs. Nurture the account. More than a supplier, we ambition to be a strategic partner that influences design decisions as the product and capabilities mature

Education Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of manufacturing experience in production-heavy environments

• Hands-on experience designing, testing, and improving manufacturing processes to stay lean and efficient

• Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and mechanical engineers

• Proficiency with CAD, CAM software, and CNC programming

Other Requirements:

• Background in job shops or manufacturers with forming, machining, or sheet metal capabilities

• Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) software

• Strong technical writing, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Create forming and cutting tool paths using internal CAM tools.

• Develop and release manufacturing procedures for production teams.

• Oversee and take ownership of Robocraftsman cells, acting as the primary user.

• Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste through lean manufacturing principles.

• Collaborate with the Product Team to identify cell limitations and recommend improvements to hardware and software teams, and test upgrades. This role works closely with the Robotic Process Engineering team and Production Technicians to ensure the timely delivery of parts to customers. Maintain detailed records of changes, improvements, and tests related to Robocraftsman cells. Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on new processes, tools, and systems

Education Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace, or related engineering field

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience (or fewer with MS/PhD)

• Experience in prototype development, process parameter selection, and feasibility analysis for manufacturing

• Hands-on experience with CAD software, CAM software, and CNC programming

• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and product managers

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Technical Sales team members to engage customers during the early stages of project discussions to scope and define technical requirements.

• Conduct feasibility assessments offline, evaluating customer designs for manufacturability, identifying risks, and proposing plans to mitigate unknowns.

• Collaborate with customers to refine project scopes, propose solutions, and outline development plans.

• Perform initial forming trials to produce prototype parts, optimizing parameters to overcome challenges and uncertainties.

• Hand off validated processes to the Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams for execution. Document and communicate results to both internal teams and external customers. Provide feedback to the software and hardware development teams to enhance system capabilities
