Experience Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Standard on a technical level

• Comfortable managing customer technical teams through the implementation process

• Able to demo technical aspects of our product such as integrations

• Understand technical solutions at a high-level and comfortable creating requirements for an engineering team

• Experienced with JavaScript

Other Requirements:

• Ideally, some familiarity with one of the following platforms (or similar) on a technical level; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic Marketing Cloud (formerly IBM Watson Campaign Automation), Cheetah Digital, Airship, Braze

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director of Solutions, you will be working in an agile team, helping our customers leverage Jacquard from within their marketing stack

• This role will be involved in both pre and post sales – with the majority of time spent post sales ensuring that our technology is implemented correctly for customers before they start using the product, and finding solutions for them as they expand their usage.

• You'll be familiar with Email Service Providers and how they work, in particular Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Standard and Classic), but adept at learning an understanding other similar technology platforms.

• You’ll be comfortable managing conversations with customer technical teams to ensure that our solution will be as seamless as possible.

• If changes need to be made, you'll be able to define high-level requirements and work with our engineering teams
