Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic guidance to clients using Signals software along with other leading conversational marketing tools

• Facilitate weekly and monthly meetings to discuss client strategies and ensure alignment with their marketing goals

• Develop and manage chatbot functionalities and live chat campaigns that bolster sales and marketing efforts

• Collaborate in the creation of detailed customer analytics and reports

• Present ROI analyses quarterly to client executives

Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class strategic guidance for our customers using our product and other conversational marketing tools

• Lead weekly & monthly customer meetings to advise on best practices and next steps to achieve their goals

• Assist in creating chatbots & live chat campaigns for sales and marketing

• Work with the team on the creation of customer reports & analytics

• Present quarterly return on investment (ROI) reports to client leadership

Experience Requirements:
