Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations, with leadership experience in SaaS or healthcare technology.

• Experience working at a technology startup and/or growing a business from the beginning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy that ensures seamless alignment between marketing, sales, solution engineering, and customer success.

• Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Target Market Strategy, ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are focused on high-value opportunities.

• Own end-to-end sales funnel performance, ensuring alignment across lead generation, qualification, pipeline conversion, and customer retention.

• Drive cross-functional team adherence to emtelligent’s evolving sales process.

• Oversee CRM (HubSpot) and sales tech stack management, ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operational efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Deep expertise in healthcare IT and data interoperability and cloud-based AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the pre-sales technical process, ensuring clear alignment between customer needs and the capabilities of our NLP platform.

• Define the pilot framework, including success metrics, implementation roadmaps, and integration requirements.

• Establish a solution engineering foundation of customer credibility and the structure and processes that will enable you to build a team capable of delivering world-class technical support to customers.

• Ensure customers can successfully integrate and scale our NLP technology within their environments.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Python, API and web development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and grow full stack solutions with clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python for server-side logic.

• Work with cross-functional teams to execute complex web development projects from concept to deployment aligning on objectives and timelines.

• Work with and develop APIs to support both internal use and client-facing applications

• Develop and maintain algorithms and libraries with a clear focus on building software that is efficient and scalable.
